In the 90s, I created a series where balloons symbolize happiness, merging with the human form. The concept explores the idea of inner joy as a lightness that doesn't burden the body. These figures, portrayed in streets and social spaces, exude vitality, yet subtle details hint at personal struggles like cancer.
